| 1 | Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cherry peppers, onion, and bell pepper. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the chicken; saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute longer. Add the tomatoes, reduce the heat to medium, and simmer. |
