Spicy Chicken over Angel Hair Pasta

INGREDIENTS:
3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil 4 cherry peppers, seeded and chopped 1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped 1-1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces 2 garlic cloves, chopped
one 14-ounce can chopped tomatoes 1 pound angel hair pasta Parmesan



1 Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cherry peppers, onion, and bell pepper. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the chicken; saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute longer. Add the tomatoes, reduce the heat to medium, and simmer.
2 Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain.
3 Divide the pasta among 6 serving plates. Spoon the chicken mixture on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
