| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1-1/2 cups strawberry swirl ice cream or 3/4 cup each vanilla ice cream and strawberry ice cream | 2 teaspoons Irish cream liquid coffee creamer | 1/4 cup chocolate liqueur or Irish creme liqueur |
| 1 tablespoon Irish whiskey | 1/4 cup whipped cream | 2 tablespoons shaved chocolate |

| 1 | Combine the ice cream, creamer, liqueur, whiskey, and whipped cream in a blender container and puree until smooth. |
| 2 | Pour the mixture into two tall glasses and refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours until well chilled. |
| 3 | Sprinkle shaved chocolate over the top of each glass and top with a strawberry. Serve with a long straw and a tall spoon, if desired. |
