| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 kg of spinach leaves | 1 egg | 1 onion |
| 1 cu of milk | 1/2 cup of flour | salt |

| 1 | Boil the spinach. |
| 2 | Mince the onion and the spinach together with a knife. |
| 3 | Mix the egg, the flour and the milk with salt and pepper. The paste must be dense. |
| 4 | Pur the onion and the spinach into the paste. |
| 5 | Put oil in the frying pan. When the oil is hot, take portions of paste with a spoon and put into the oil. When the bunuelos are cooked down, turn over. |
| 6 | Take the bunuelos of the oil and put on piece of absorbent paper. They are delicious cold. |
