Bunuelos de Espinaca

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg of spinach leaves 1 egg 1 onion
1 cu of milk 1/2 cup of flour salt
black pepper



1 Boil the spinach.
2 Mince the onion and the spinach together with a knife.
3 Mix the egg, the flour and the milk with salt and pepper. The paste must be dense.
4 Pur the onion and the spinach into the paste.
5 Put oil in the frying pan. When the oil is hot, take portions of paste with a spoon and put into the oil. When the bunuelos are cooked down, turn over.
6 Take the bunuelos of the oil and put on piece of absorbent paper. They are delicious cold.
