| 1/4 cup fresh dill weed, snipped | 1/4 teaspoon dried dill seed (optional) | 1 cup olive oil |
| 1 | Wash the dill weed, pat dry and snip, using only the fragrant tips of the herb. Combine ingredients in a tightly covered bottle. Refrigerate overnight, then strain the oil. Serve with fish, beef or noodles. |
