INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1-/2 cups low-fat milk 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons instant-coffee crystals
3/4 cup sugar 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, stirred



1 In a measuring cup, combine water and gelatin; set aside. In medium saucepan, combine chocolate, milk, cinnamon, coffee crystals, and sugar. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until chocolate melts. Remove from heat; stir in softened gelatin. Cool; then add yogurt. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
