Preheat a 400 F oven. Take walnut-size pieces of the pastry and, on a floured surface, flatten them into 2-inch circles. Place the filling on one half of a circle and fold the other half over the top to make a crescent shape. Cut round the edges of the shape with a cookie cutter to smooth the edges and seal. Repeat until all the pastry is used up. |
