Preheat a 180 F oven and grease a 1-pound loaf pan. Blend the margarine and sugar together until light. Add the yogurt. |

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl with a little of the flour. Sift the rest of the flour with the baking soda and mix all the ingredients together. |

Gradually add the eggs to the margarine mixture, stirring constantly. When mixed, add the flour. Finally add the orange zest. |

Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and bake in the oven for 1 hour. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and, while still hot, make a few skewer holes, and pour the orange juice over. Decorate with candied peel or orange slices. |
