| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 20 peach leaves, washed and dried | 3 tablespoons sugar | 2 cups rose wine |
| 3 tablespoons aguardiente | ||
| 1 | Arrange the peach leaves in a glass jar. Add the sugar, and pour the wine and aguardiente on top; the leaves should be completely immersed. Cover, and let macerate in a cool place for 45 days. |
