INGREDIENTS:
20 peach leaves, washed and dried 3 tablespoons sugar 2 cups rose wine
3 tablespoons aguardiente



1 Arrange the peach leaves in a glass jar. Add the sugar, and pour the wine and aguardiente on top; the leaves should be completely immersed. Cover, and let macerate in a cool place for 45 days.
2 Strain the wine, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
