Sweet Port and Egg Cocktail

4 Raw eggs may contain salmonella and should never be served to anyone who is ill or has a compromised immune system.


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup port wine or sweet sherry 1/2 cup creme de cacao liqueur 1/3 cup cognac
4 egg yolks cracked ice cinnamon for sprinkling



1 Place all the ingredients, except the cinnamon, in a blender or cocktail shaker, and mix. Pour into sherry glasses or champagne flutes. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
