INGREDIENTS:
1 4-ounce bag mache (also called corn salad or lamb's lettuce) 1 tablespoon black or white truffle oil Fleur de sel 2 7 to 8-ounce rounds of Camembert cheese (with rind), each cut into 8 wedges



1 Place mache in bowl. Drizzle oil over, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with fleur de sel and pepper. Divide salad among plates; arrange cheese wedges alongside.
