Wine Cream (Weincreme)

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups sherry or white wine 1 cup water 8 tbls sugar
5 eggs juice pf 1/2 lemon peel of 1/2 lemon, grated



1 Stir all ingredients to a thick froth in double boiler over low heat. Pour into sherbert glasses and chill before serving. This may be poured over slices of sponge cake and served either hot or cold.
