| 8 ounces 1/4-inch noodles, cooked and drained | 4 egg whites, or 1/2 cup Egg Beaters | 2 eggs |
| 1/2 cup oil | 2 cups applesauce | 1/4 cup raisins |
| 3/4 cup sugar | 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon | 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| cinnamon for sprinkling | sugar for sprinkling | |
| 1 | Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. |
| 2 | Combine noodles, egg whites, eggs, oil, applesauce, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix together very well. |
