Good-For-You Applesauce Kugel

INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces 1/4-inch noodles, cooked and drained 4 egg whites, or 1/2 cup Egg Beaters 2 eggs
1/2 cup oil 2 cups applesauce 1/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt
cinnamon for sprinkling sugar for sprinkling



1 Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
2 Combine noodles, egg whites, eggs, oil, applesauce, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix together very well.
3 Pour into baking pan.
4 Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
5 Bake for 45 minutes.
