INGREDIENTS:
peanut or cottonseed oil for frying 12 fresh jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, and split, with the tail left on 2 cups Seafood Breading



1 Preheat a skillet with the oil until the oil reaches a temperature of 375 F. Simply coat the shrimp evenly with the breading mix to yield a light coating. Fry for exactly 1 minute, remove, and drain.
