INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup vegetable oil 8 thin lemon slices about 1/4 cup all-purpose flour for dredging



1 Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Dredge lemon slices in the flour and fry, turning once, until golden brown on both sides, 1 to 1-1/2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
