| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 | Squirrel meat-cut into chunks. Parboil in salted water till almost tender. Drain off water. Roll meat in flour and put in roasting pan at slow heat. Add par boiled sweet potatoes and roast till meat and sweet potatoes are tender. (Can subsitute Racoon or Possum for the Squirrel meat). |
