| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 5 lbs potatoes, cut in small chunks | 4 cans of corn | 2 onions, diced |
| 1 bellpepper, diced | salt and pepper | sugar |
| 1 | Cook potatoes till done, then drain and add the corn. |
| 2 | Fry onion and bell peppers till done, then add to other mixture. |
| 3 | Then add salt and pepper and sugar to taste. |
| 4 | This is a thick soup good on cold days. |
