| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb bag of (large) Lima beans | 1 16oz can of Cream corn | 1 (small piece) salt pork (optional) |
| 1/2 (small) onion, cut fine | 2 tablespoons butter | 1/2 cup sugar |
| sant and pepper (season to taste) | ||
| 1 | Wash lima beans and place in a large 5 qt pot. |
| 2 | Add water (4 qrts) saltpork, butter, sugar, salt and pepper. |
| 3 | Bring to a boil. |
| 4 | Cook till beans are tender. |
| 5 | Add cream corn and cook additional 5 minutes. |
| 6 | Remove from heat and enjoy. |
