INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of sunflower seeds, hulled 6 cups of chicken broth 3 small green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill salt and ground pepper to taste



1 Place the sunflower seeds in a large saucepan.
2 Add chicken broth and green onions.
3 Cook, uncovered, over low heat for about 1 hour.
4 Stir in the dill and season with salt and pepper to taste.
