| 25 frog legs | 1 cup flour | 1/2 tsp salt |
| 1/4 tsp pepper | 3 eggs, beaten | 2-1/2 cups bread crumbs |
| 1 | Wash and dry frog legs. In a paper bag put flour, salt and pepper. Add legs to bag and shake; then dip into beaten eggs. Roll in bread crumbs and deep-fry. |
