Deep-Fried Frog Legs

INGREDIENTS:
25 frog legs 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper 3 eggs, beaten 2-1/2 cups bread crumbs



1 Wash and dry frog legs. In a paper bag put flour, salt and pepper. Add legs to bag and shake; then dip into beaten eggs. Roll in bread crumbs and deep-fry.
