Dandelion Greens

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups dandelion greens, washed 1/2 cup diced onions 2 tbsp margarine
salt and pepper to taste



1 Immerse dandelion greens in boiling salted water. Cook until water returns to a rapid boil. Drain and chop. Saute onions in margarine and mix in greens. Season with salt and pepper.
