| 4 cups dandelion greens, washed | 1/2 cup diced onions | 2 tbsp margarine |
| salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | Immerse dandelion greens in boiling salted water. Cook until water returns to a rapid boil. Drain and chop. Saute onions in margarine and mix in greens. Season with salt and pepper. |
