| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1-1/2 lb ground round | 1 lb diced lean pork | 8 oz canned diced tomatoes |
| 4 oz diced green chiles | 1 c cooked pinto beans; or large can | 1 refried beans |
| 1 salt to taste | 1 garlic powder to taste | |
| 1 | Brown pork and ground meat separately. Combine all ingredients together and add enough water to cover. Simmer 1 to 1-1/2 hours, (add water, if needed). |
| 2 | To make Navajo tacos, put chili mixtures on fry bread and top with chopped onions, tomatoes, lettuce and grated cheese. |
