INGREDIENTS:
2-1/2 ounces (5 tablespoons) unsweetened pineapple juice 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) coconut cream 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) light Jamaica rum
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) light Puerto Rican rum ice cubes cracked ice
fresh mint sprig pineapple and maraschino cherry



1 Combine first 5 ingredients in blender, electric drink mixer or cocktail shaker and mix well. Fill tall glass with cracked ice and pour drink over. Garnish with mint and, if desired, fruit laced on pick.
