Shallot Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 2 medium shallots, minced
2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper



1 Combine vinegars in glass container with tight-fitting lid. Add shallots and pepper and shake well. Chill before serving.
2 Sauce can be refrigerated indefinitely.
