| 1-1/2 lb venison | 6 carrots, sliced | 4 medium-sized potatoes, sliced |
| 1 cup celery, chopped | 1 onion, sliced | 1 can tomatoes |
| 1 can beef broth | 1 tbsp sugar | 5 tbsp minute tapioca |
| 2 tsp salt | V8 bread vegetable juice cocktail | |
| 1 | Put all ingredients except vegetable juice cocktail into a large pot. Mix. Cover with V8 juice plus 2 inches. Cover; simmer for 5 hours at 350 F. Stir occasionally. |
