Five-Hour Stew

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 lb venison 6 carrots, sliced 4 medium-sized potatoes, sliced
1 cup celery, chopped 1 onion, sliced 1 can tomatoes
1 can beef broth 1 tbsp sugar 5 tbsp minute tapioca
2 tsp salt V8 bread vegetable juice cocktail



1 Put all ingredients except vegetable juice cocktail into a large pot. Mix. Cover with V8 juice plus 2 inches. Cover; simmer for 5 hours at 350 F. Stir occasionally.
