| 1 lb ground moose | 1/4 cup bacon drippings | 1 small can tomato sauce |
| 2 onions, chopped | 1/2 tsp horseradish | 1-1/2 tsp curry powder |
| 1 | Shape meat into patties. Fry in bacon drippings, over medium heat, until brown on both sides. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until meat is well done. Turn meat once. |
