| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 large mangoes | 1/2 cup sugar | 1/2 cup water |
| 1/4 cup lemon juice | 1/2 cup sugar | 1/3 cup water |
| 1/4 t salt | 2 egg whites | |
| 1 | Peel and slice mangoes. Whip in a blender until smooth. Add sugar, water, and lemon juice. Blend until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a freezer tray. Freeze to mush. Boil sugar and water until it forms a thick syrup. Add salt to egg whites. Beat until stiff. Pour syrup slowly over egg whites, beating constantly. Beat until mixture is cool. Fold into fruit mixture. Freeze. Stir once during freezing. |
