| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 pound boiled ham, chopped | 1 pound boiled potatoes, mashed | 1 slice stale white bread without crust, softened in a little milk |
| 3 eggs | 1 teaspoon salt | 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
| bread crumbs | 4 tablespoons butter or fat | |
| 1 | Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls. Roll them through the bread crumbs and saute in butter. |
| 2 | Serve with a tomato or mustard sauce. |
