Ham Balls (Hamballetjes)

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound boiled ham, chopped 1 pound boiled potatoes, mashed 1 slice stale white bread without crust, softened in a little milk
3 eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
bread crumbs 4 tablespoons butter or fat



1 Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls. Roll them through the bread crumbs and saute in butter.
2 Serve with a tomato or mustard sauce.
