Codfish Balls

INGREDIENTS:
2-3/4 lbs fresh cod 1 quart potatoes, diced 2 tbsp butter
2 cups water 2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper



1 Combine ingredients and boil, covered, for 25 minutes. Drain well and mash, roll into 2 inch balls and deep fry.
