Salmon Loaf

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups boiled salmon 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup melted butter 1/2 cup cream
2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp chopped parsley 1 tsp grated lemon rind



1 Mix all ingredients together, blending very well. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
