| 2 cups boiled salmon | 1/2 cup bread crumbs | 1/2 tsp baking powder |
| 3 eggs, beaten | 1/4 cup melted butter | 1/2 cup cream |
| 2 tbsp lemon juice | 1 tbsp chopped parsley | 1 tsp grated lemon rind |
| 1 | Mix all ingredients together, blending very well. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. |
