| 125g/4 oz butter | 4 crush cloves garlic | 1 tbsp lemon juice |
| salt and freshly ground white pepper | a dash of Tabasco sauce | |
| 1 | Cream the butter, add the garlic and season to taste with lemon juice, salt and Tabasco. Form into a roll as in the recipe "Anchovy Butter" and refrigerate. |
