Garlic Butter

INGREDIENTS:
125g/4 oz butter 4 crush cloves garlic 1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and freshly ground white pepper a dash of Tabasco sauce



1 Cream the butter, add the garlic and season to taste with lemon juice, salt and Tabasco. Form into a roll as in the recipe "Anchovy Butter" and refrigerate.
2 Cut into 1/2-inch cubes for topping grilled steaks, chops, fish, etc.
