Sweet Couscous

INGREDIENTS:
6 cups hot steamed couscous 2/3 cup raisins 6 tablespoons superfine sugar
2 tablespoons superfine sugar 2 tablespoons butter 2 to 4 drops rose water or vanilla extract
1 cup milk or heavy cream tropical flowers, for decoration (such as frangipani)



1 Combine the couscous, raisins, sugar, butter, and rose water in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Warm the milk in a small pan over low heat without allowing it to boil. If you are using cream, do not heat it.
2 Place small amounts of the sweet couscous in individual bowls. Top with warm milk or cream, and decorate each serving with a flower to serve.
