| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 onion, chopped | 1 tbsp olive oil | 3/4 pkg shell macaroni |
| dash of salt and pepper | 1 lb ground chuck, crumbled | 2 (8-oz) cans tomato sauce |
| 1 (10-oz) can whole tomatoes, drained and juice reserved | 1 (12-oz) can whole kernel corn, drained | |
| 1 | Brown onion in olive oil; cook macaroni according to directions on package. Salt and pepper ground chuck; add to onions. Brown; add tomato sauce and while tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes; add corn and macaroni. Cover; simmer for 5 minutes or until bubbling. Add reserved juice while cooking, if needed. |
