| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb ground beef | 3/4 cup cracker crumbs (about 14 crackers) | 1/4 cup finely chopped onion |
| 2 tbsp chopped green pepper | 1 egg, slightly beaten | 1 tsp salt |
| 1/8 tsp pepper | 1/4 cup milk | 2 tbsp catsup |
| 1 | Combine all ingredients except catsup. Mix well. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a small baking pan. Spread catsup over top of loaf. Bake in moderate oven (350 F.) 50 to 60 minutes. |
