Shawnee Beef and Noodles

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 lbs cubed round steak, floured and seasoned 3 tbsp oil 1 cup diced celery
1/2 lb mushrooms 2 onions, sliced 3 carrots, sliced
2 tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp pepper 1 bay leaf
2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp cloves 1 small can tomato paste
2 cups boiling water noodles



1 Brown steak in oil. Add vegetables; cook for 5 minutes. Add seasonings, tomato paste and water. Cover; cook on low heat until meat is tender for about 2 hours. Cook noodles according to directions. Serve meat mixture over noodles. Electirc frypan may be used to cook meat and vegetables.
