| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1-1/2 lbs cubed round steak, floured and seasoned | 3 tbsp oil | 1 cup diced celery |
| 1/2 lb mushrooms | 2 onions, sliced | 3 carrots, sliced |
| 2 tbsp sugar | 1/4 tsp pepper | 1 bay leaf |
| 2 tsp salt | 1/8 tsp cloves | 1 small can tomato paste |
| 2 cups boiling water | noodles | |
| 1 | Brown steak in oil. Add vegetables; cook for 5 minutes. Add seasonings, tomato paste and water. Cover; cook on low heat until meat is tender for about 2 hours. Cook noodles according to directions. Serve meat mixture over noodles. Electirc frypan may be used to cook meat and vegetables. |
