| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1-1/2 lbs ground beef | salt and pepper to taste | 1 No 2 can large red beans, drained |
| 1 pkg. frozen tortillas, thawed | 1 large onion, diced | 1/2 head lettuce, chopped |
| 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded | 1 No 2 can hot sauce | tomatoes |
| 1/4 tsp Tabasco | 1 clove of garlic, diced | |
| 1 | Brown meat, salt and pepper in skillet. Add red beans. Cook until beans are heated. Fry tortillas in small skillet with oil for 1 minute; drain and fold. Place meat mixture on tortilla; add onion, lettuce, cheede, hot sauce, tomatoes, Tabasco and garlic. |
