INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 lbs ground beef salt and pepper to taste 1 No 2 can large red beans, drained
1 pkg. frozen tortillas, thawed 1 large onion, diced 1/2 head lettuce, chopped
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 No 2 can hot sauce tomatoes
1/4 tsp Tabasco 1 clove of garlic, diced



1 Brown meat, salt and pepper in skillet. Add red beans. Cook until beans are heated. Fry tortillas in small skillet with oil for 1 minute; drain and fold. Place meat mixture on tortilla; add onion, lettuce, cheede, hot sauce, tomatoes, Tabasco and garlic.
