| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 6 medium pork chops | 1 cup flour | 1/2 tsp salt |
| 1/4 tsp pepper | 1 cup vegetable oil | 2 large apples |
| 1/2 cup sugar | 1 tsp cinnamon | |
| 1 | Wash pork chops. Mix together flour, salt and pepper. Dip chops in flour mixture, covering well on both sides. Heat oil in frying pan; brown floured chops on both sides. Wash and slice apples. Place a layer of apples in casserole; sprinkle with part of mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Place chops in casserole alternately with remaining apples sprinkled with remaining sugar mixture; end with apples. Cover. Bake in 375 F. oven for 25 minutes. |
