| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb bulk pork sausage | 1 cup finely crushed soda crackers | 1/4 cup minced onion |
| 1 tsp salt | 1/2 cup minced green pepper | 1 can condensed tomato soup |
| 3 cups cooked rice | 1 cup grated cheese | 1/4 tsp black pepper |
| 1 | Mix together first 5 ingredients; add half the soup. Pat mixture into 10-in pie pan. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon into shell. Bake in 350 F. oven for 1 hour. Cut into wedges; garnish with parsley. Serve hot. |
