| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb ground venison | 3 tbsp shortening | 1/2 cup diced onion |
| 1/2 cup diced green pepper | 1 cup diced celery | 1 (1-lb) can red kidney beans |
| 4 cups tomatoes | 2 cups broad noodles, uncooked | 1 (4-oz) can mushrooms |
| 1 tsp seasoned salt | 1 tbsp chili powder | 1 tbsp salt |

| 1 | Brown venison in shortening in large skillet. Saute onion, green pepper and celery until transparent; add remaining ingredients. Mix well; cover tightly. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 30 minutes. |
