| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 pkg. (10-oz each) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained | 2 tbsp lemon juice | 1/4 cup mayonnasie |
| 2 eggs, beaten | 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese | 1 can cream of chicken soup |
| 1 cup chopped salted peanuts | 1/4 cup chopped onion | |
| 1 | Mix together well all ingredients except cheese. Pour into greased 1-1/2 or 2-qt casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes. |
