Concord Grape Frozen Yogurt

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh Concord grapes 1/2 cup sugar 2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup light corn syrup 1 cup low-fat milk 1-1/4 cups plain low-fat yogurt, stirred



1 In a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade, puree grapes. Strain and discard skins and seeds; set aside juice. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; stir in corn syrup and milk. Cook and stir over low heat 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture simmers. Stir in strained grape juice and yogurt. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions; or follow refrigerator-freezer.
