Root-Beer Sorbet

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin 2 (12-ounce) cans root beer
2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons light corn syrup



1 In a small saucepan, combine water and gelatin; let stand 1 minute. Heat and stir until gelatin dissolves; remove from heat. In a medium bowl, combine root beer with dissolved gelatin, sugar, and corn syrup. Stir until blended. Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions; or follow refrigerator-freezer instructions.
