| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 large chicken, cut in serving pieces | 2 tbsp fat | 1 medium onion, chopped |
| 2 tbsp vinegar | 2 tbsp brown sugar | 1/4 cup lemon juice |
| 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 tbsp prepared mustard | 1 cup water |
| 1/2 cup chopped celery | salt and pepper to taste | 1 cup catsup |
| 1 | Brown chicken in hot fat; remove chicken and brown onion. Add remaining ingredients to onion and drippings; simmer 30 minutes. Pour over chicken in baking dish. Bake in 325 F. to 350 F. oven 1 hour. |
