| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup butter or oil | 1 cup sugar | 2 eggs, beaten |
| 1 cup chopped nuts | 4 cups flour | 2 tsp soda |
| 2 cups hot applesauce (canned) | 2 tsp allspice | 1 tsp cloves |
| 1 tsp ginger | 3 tsp cinnamon | |
| 1 | Sift together flour and soda with spices. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 F. about 20 minutes in small muffin tins. Makes 84 small muffins. This will keep in the refrigerator several weeks. Do not stir when taken from the refrigerator to bake. Use fresh or from the refrigerator. |
