Barbecue Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1 medium onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 cup catsup 1/4 cup water 2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce



1 Saute onion and garlic in butter or margarine until tender. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Brush on roasts, ribs or steak.
