| 2 tbsp margarine or butter | 1 tbsp flour | 1 cup milk |

| 1 | Melt margarine in a saucepan and mix in flour until well blended. Slowly mix in milk and bring to a boil. Stir in eggs and remove pan from heat. Pour sauce over fish and serve. |
