Egg Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp margarine or butter 1 tbsp flour 1 cup milk
3 hard-boiled eggs, finely sliced



1 Melt margarine in a saucepan and mix in flour until well blended. Slowly mix in milk and bring to a boil. Stir in eggs and remove pan from heat. Pour sauce over fish and serve.
