Creole Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
2 medium onions, sliced 1 clove garlic, chopped fine 1 tbsp chopped parsley
3 tbsp butter, margarine or oil 3-1/2 cups tomato juice 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste



1 Cook onions, garlic and parsley in fat until onion is golden brwon. Add tomato juice and Worcestershire sauce and cook gently for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
