| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 medium onions, sliced | 1 clove garlic, chopped fine | 1 tbsp chopped parsley |
| 3 tbsp butter, margarine or oil | 3-1/2 cups tomato juice | 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce |
| salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | Cook onions, garlic and parsley in fat until onion is golden brwon. Add tomato juice and Worcestershire sauce and cook gently for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. |
