Mushroom Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup margarine 1 small minced onion 1-1-1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic minced 2 cups beef bouillon 1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper



1 Melt margarine in a saucepan and saute onion, mushrooms and garlic. Add beef bouillon and increase heat to medium for 10 minutes. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Add mixture to saucepan and gently boil for 5 minutes. Pour heated sauce over meat.
