| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cups peanuts (raw) ground | 1 cup sugar | 2/3 cup raw milk or buttermilk |
| 2 cups flour | 1 tsp vanilla | 1/2 cup butter or margarine (melted) |
| 2 eggs | 1 tsp soda | 2 tsp baking powder |
| 1 | Sift dry ingredients together. Add peanuts. Beat eggs and milk, stir wet mixture into dry. Add melted butter. Bake in greased and floured loaf pans at 350 F. about 45 minutes. |
