INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked rice 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced 1/2 bell pepper, minced
1/2 to 1 cup celery, diced 1/4 to 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish 1 tbsp grated onion
salt and pepper to taste dash red pepper 2 oz jar pimiento
1/2 tsp mustard mayonnaise to taste



1 Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly; refrigerate until chilled.
