| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 pounds of lamb or beef, cut into 1-inch cubes | 2 cups of chopped onion | 2 cups of water |
| 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce | 1 teaspoon of salt | two 16 ounce cans of garbanzo beans, undrained |
| 4 green peppers, chopped | oil | |
| 1 | Brown meat in oil; drain. |
| 2 | Add onion, water, barbecue sauce and salt. |
| 3 | Cover; simmer 1 hour. |
| 4 | Stir in the beans and green peppers; cook 15 minutes or until meat is tender. |
